Owner Dave Kaminski, MHA

Dave started his home care career in 1988 working for a local hospital-based home health care company. While working there, he earned a master’s degree in health care administration and used his education and passion for home care to direct and manage a successful home care department.

Dave’s dedication to home care became personal in 1998 when his loving mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness and found herself in need of home care assistance. He experienced firsthand how important a quality home care program is to those in need. He saw loving caregivers provide his mother with assistance with all of her daily living needs. As a result of receiving excellent care, she was able to remain independent in her own home throughout the entire course of her illness.

It was during that very difficult time when Dave realized that he wanted to dedicate his life to caring for others. That dedication and commitment inspired him to start Premier Home Care on July 31, 2000.
